Who we are

With extensive experience in local government projects, especially engineering and building portfolios, our small consultancy is dedicated to enhancing the professional lives of engineers and project managers. We achieve this by implementing a project management approach that fosters creativity in engineering and promotes fulfilling professional careers.

Our mission

Our mission is to help engineers produce creative, quality work. Too often, critical engineering work is compromised by work overload, poor planning, inadequate resources and lack of communication. With our risk-averse and time-management methodology, we facilitate the delivery of engineering projects at a high-level and to stakeholder satisfaction.

Our vision

Imagine critical improvements to our community’s roads, buildings, waterways and infrastructure in which disruption, confusion, even public protests are minimized. There are always project risks, and emergency situations which force project timelines, but our vision focuses on essentials: help engineers do what they do best by strategically managing community impact and public engagement.
